DESCRIPTION


Jogging Mate is a simple, easy to use, feature filled jogging tracking application for android which can be your companion during your outdoor activities. It's so simple to use, you'll fall in love with Jogging Mate for sure. Just choose to start recording and carry on with your jogging. Your companion will make notes of your distance traveled, time elapsed. You can also boast with your friends on social media by sharing images of the routes you have completed.

Leave Management System

User GUIDE (User)


 The above diagram is an illustration of the window you view upon login
  1.   Gives the brief summary of your leave record.
  2.  Provides the list of holidays in the year.
  3.  Graphically indicates the proportions of your  accepted leave requests
  4.  Gives you the summary of holidays requested by your co-workers. Please consider this table before you apply leave in order to avoid the dis-functioning of your department.
  5. Gives the summary of your upcoming accepted leaves.
  6. Links to the current window (Displayed above).
  7. Press the relevant day of the calendar and click on "Check" to see how many co-workers are on leave on the particular day.


8.  You can view your profile information on this page.  In addition    your    password can be changed according to preference by resetting it in the below window.


       9.  This is the link that leads to a new leave application.

  1. Your Employee ID will be indicated here
  2. Please make note of the leave ID to keep in touch with its status
  3. Select the type of leave you wish to apply. (i.e : Annual Leave, Sick Leave etc...)
  4. Pick the day you start the leave period on the calendar
  5. Pick the date you wish to return to duty
  6. Make sure you click the button before submit to avoid the re-bounce of your application.
  7. Pick the co-worker you wish to act as a covering officer in order to inform him via mail.
  8. A list of your senior officers will be shown. Please select who handles your duties in your absence.
  9. Be sure to include the reason you apply leave for.
  10. For security measures, Please confirm entry through password.

10.  If you wish to edit or cancel a leave you applied before its approval, please click on the following link.



i. The Search bar allows you to search entries By either leave ID, employee ID or the leave type. Type the keyword in and press enter
ii. The entries will be highlighted according to their status.
            Pending leave - Yellow
            Accepted Leave - Green
            Rejected Leave - Red
Note that you can ONLY edit your leave entries that are PENDING.
iii. If you change duration of leave, make sure to press "Check Availability" to avoid re-bounce.
Provide password confirmation to either delete an entry or edit it in the relevant fields (Refer point 9 for index)

11. In case you wish to apply a Short Leave or a Half-day Leave, click on the emergency leave function.
            Refer point 9 for entry index.
            Note that emergency leave only applies to a single working day per entry



12. Be sure to log-out of the system when you have completed the task.
13. A report of all your applied leaves can be obtained by the leave report function.


User GUIDE (Admin)

Displayed below is the interface you'll be in upon login.


i. Provides the list of national holidays in a given year along with any other holidays you wish to add into the system.
ii.  Shows the list of applied holidays due your review. Please select a row to view the full request.
iii. Add the feed-back response to the leave.
iv. Select an option, to accept or reject an entry.
v. Provides the history of your actions listed accordingly.
vi. Press the relevant day of the calendar and click on "Check" to see how many employees are on leave on the particular day
vii. You can obtain the specified reports from this link.


onthly Leave - Gives a report on all approved leave of the current month
Leave Request - All leave requests listed according to seniority of staff.
Employee Log-In time - Lists the last login time for each employee. Sensitive information. Obtain only when absolutely necessary
Employee Remaining Leave - List the amount of remaining leave for each employee.
vii. Add the holidays of the year to the database using this interface.


a. Pick the date of holiday
b. Add the holiday name
c. Click "Save" to insert the holiday
d. At the end of the year it is strongly recommended that you remove the holiday entries from the database. In order to do so, please provide password confirmation and proceed.
vii. The Search Leave function allows you to search and view entries by either leave ID, employee ID or the leave type. Type the keyword in and press enter
